Packing/Shipping

*Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $79 applies to the lower 48 states. Recipients in Alaska and Hawaii will incur a shipping charge.

The majority of items will ship UPS Ground (standard shipping) and arrive within 5-7 business days. Sometimes smaller shipments will be sent through USPS and still usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Buyers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. All orders ship from Las Vegas, NV.

At this time I am unable to offer any expedited shipping options. If you need an item by a certain time, please contact me directly and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Shipments are packaged thoughtfully and beautifully, making them essentially “giftwrapped”. In an effort to cut back on paper usage, I do not include invoices/receipts inside shipments.

International Orders

To inquire about shipping outside of the US, please fill out the contact form and include:

• The item(s) you are interested in purchasing

• Shipping address

Materials/Sourcing

The Dark Moon Library supports local businesses, independent book stores, and U.S. manufacturing whenever possible. When I do purchase products from a corporation, I look to those who place human rights, workers wages, and fair trade practices in high-priority. All books are purchased new.

Custom Orders

Clothbound custom orders start at $90 per book, and leatherbound custom orders start at $120 per book.

*Please note, in keeping with The Dark Moon Library brand, books must be in the fantasy, romantic fantasy, dark romance, science-fiction, and horror genres.

When will an item be restocked?

I highly suggest using the WAITLIST option on a product page. Items with waitlist sign-ups are prioritized for restock. If you are interested in a particular item and need it by a certain time frame, please send a message and I will do my best to work with you. Typically, an item is restocked within 2 weeks of being sold out, however this can change based on availability of the materials used and the book itself. Please expect longer wait times for restocks during the holiday season (November-January).

• A note about waitlists- Adding your email to a waitlist will notify you the moment the item is restocked. However, it does not “reserve” the item for you. Waitlists can have more than one person on them, and everyone that has signed up is notified of a restock at the same time. Once an item is restocked, and the notification emails are sent out, the item is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Returns/Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item to resolve the issue.
