Packing/Shipping

*Free U.S. Shipping on order over $49 applies to the lower 48 states. Recipients in Alaska and Hawaii will incur a shipping charge. We do not ship internationally at this time.

The majority of items will ship UPS Ground (standard shipping) and arrive within 5-7 business days. Sometimes smaller shipments will be sent through USPS and still usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Buyers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. All orders ship from Las Vegas, NV.

At this time we are unable to offer any expedited shipping options. If you need an item by a certain time, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipments are packaged thoughtfully and beautifully, making them essentially “giftwrapped”. In an effort to cut back on paper usage, we do not include invoices/receipts inside shipments.

Materials/Sourcing

The Dark Moon Library supports local businesses, independent book stores, and U.S. manufacturing whenever possible. When we do purchase products from a corporation, we look to those who place human rights, workers wages, and fair trade practices in high-priority.

When will an item be restocked?

Inventory is ever-changing and item designs rotate periodically. If you are interested in a particular item, please contact us directly so we can give you a clear estimate for when your item will be available.

Why don’t you carry this [insert popular book title]?

Book designs are meant to coordinate across an entire series, so typically completed series are chosen for The Library. Additionally, all books in a series must be attainable. A few exceptions were made for wildly popular books like ACOTAR and Red Rising because the demand for special editions is so high. That being said, you can expect to see books like The Stormlight Archive, Fae and Alchemy (Quicksilver), and Crescent City become available later in the year.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to resolve the issue.
